Bonus policy

1.1 We may periodically provide promotional incentives - such as bonus funds, free spins, loyalty points, and other special offers (collectively referred to as "bonuses" or "promotions") - to our players. Some of these promotions require a minimum deposit ("associated deposit") for eligibility. Please note that each promotion comes with its own set of terms and conditions, which are available in the relevant sections of our Website. In the event of any discrepancies, the specific promotion terms shall override Terms and Conditions.
1.2 Unless otherwise specified, a player’s total balance consists of both the Cash Balance and the Bonus Balance. These are defined as follows:
· Cash Balance – The total amount of withdrawable funds, including the player's deposited cash and/or any accumulated cash winnings, provided that no active bonus is currently in effect.
· Bonus Balance – The total amount of bonus funds and/or any winnings generated from bonuses, which can only be withdrawn once the wagering requirements have been fully met.
1.3. Each bonus offer is limited to one per individual, family, household, telephone number, device (including shared devices like those in public or workplace environment) and IP address.
1.4. We reserve the exclusive right to deny any bonus, cancel bonus offers, or suspend and/or permanently ban any player or group from participating in our promotions at our sole discretion. In any dispute regarding promotions - including issues related to eligibility, usage, abuse, fairness, calculation of winnings, and wagering requirements - our decision shall be final.
1.5 Residents of any Restricted Jurisdictions are not permitted to register or participate in any promotions.
1.6. All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, meaning you must wager a specified multiple of either the bonus amount, the bonus combined with the associated deposit, or the winnings generated from the promotion—depending on the terms of the specific promotion—before you can withdraw any winnings.
1.7. By accepting any Bonus or participating in a Promotion on the Website, you agree to comply with the specific terms and conditions attached to that offer. You also acknowledge that all wagers must be placed using cash funds before any bonus funds may be used. We reserve the right to revoke or modify any Bonus or Promotion at any time.
1.8. You must first wager your Cash Balance; only once that is fully wagered will your Bonus Balance be used.
1.9. The wagering requirements must be met within 10 days for casino bonuses and 30 days for sports bonuses from the time the bonus is received. If the time limit expires, both the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
1.10. Any attempt to withdraw funds before meeting the wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance and all associated winnings.
1.11. Once the wagering conditions are fully satisfied, the bonus funds and any resulting winnings will be transferred to your Cash Balance and become available for withdrawal according to our rules.
1.12. Unless specified otherwise, the types of bonuses available on the website include:
- Free Bonus – This bonus can be claimed without requiring a prior deposit.
- Free Spins – This bonus may be available with or without the need for a prior deposit.
- Deposit Bonus – This bonus is granted only after a deposit has been made.
- Loyalty Points – Awarded to players and converted accordingly.
- Cashback – This bonus may or may not be subject to wagering requirements.
1.13. Our bonuses are intended solely for entertainment. If bonuses or deposits are not used for casual betting or playing as intended, such misuse will be considered a breach of this Policy.
1.14. "Bonus Abuse" includes, but is not limited to:
a) Failure to comply with the terms and conditions of a bonus;
b) Misuse of free bets or any other promotional offer;
c) Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
1.15 If you engage in any abuse, fraud, or manipulation of our promotions, it will be considered a violation of this Policy. In such cases, and in addition to other available remedies, we reserve the right to cancel all promotions you have participated in, nullify and confiscate any winnings derived from them, and bar you from future promotional offers.
1.16. We reserve the right to withdraw or suspend any promotion or campaign at any given time.
